Running Office on Windows Look like the version of Outlook is: I’m completely frustrated by the Junk Mail Filter. I’ve added repeatedly safe domains and safe users The Junk Mail Filter consistently seems to ignore these lists and just puts the email I think is safe into the Junk Mail Folder.
So every day, I have to move emails out of the Junk Mail Folder marking them as not junk, again and into my inbox to read them. I’ve set the Junk Mail Options to the No Automatic Filtering, reviewed my blocked and safe lists, and generally done everything I can think of.
I just need my Amazon. Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another. Any content of an adult theme or inappropriate to a community web site. Any image, link, or discussion of nudity. Any behavior that is insulting, rude, vulgar, desecrating, or showing disrespect. Any behavior that appears to violate End user license agreements, including providing product keys or links to pirated software. Unsolicited bulk mail or bulk advertising. Any link to or advocacy of virus, spyware, malware, or phishing sites.
Any other inappropriate content or behavior as defined by the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct. Any image, link, or discussion related to child pornography, child nudity, or other child abuse or exploitation.

Norton is installed, but the Anti-Spam is currently turned off that was my first line of attack. Turning it off didn’t change the behavior. It’s my live account and if I access it via outlook.
So, let’s assume that it is a problem with Outlook on Windows Let’s also assume that I didn’t have this problem with Outlook and that I don’t have this problem with other mail clients at least none that I use, I don’t use the Mail client that comes with W10, but my account is tied to that. But I will point out that when I keep Outlook closed during the day, I don’t see the aggressive filtering on my outlook. Has anyone seen similar behavior where even though you’ve got domains listed in the safe list, they still show up in the Junk folder?
I am working a similar issue for a shared customer service folder. Have you reviewed the info on the Outlook Junk Filter:. I think it may be a possible cause, since the issue seems to be client-related. I am going to experiment with making sure this is turned off and see if messages still move to the junk folder.
Service wants to get everything to inbox, since checking junk on the shared folder is a training hassle. Don’t forget that there are always two junk filters as work: the one in Office Outlook and the one on your mail server. No matter what the Office Outlook filter does, if the server thinks something is junk, it will put it into the Junk folder no matter what you tell Office Outlook.
If you want the control offered by Outlook to be the primary, disable as best you can the server-side junk filter. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
