Premier Law College inaugurates its Law Clinic
Barrister Waqas Tarar appointed as the director of Premier Law Clinic
Gujranwala: Premier Law College has inaugurated its long-promised law clinic. In this regard interviews were conducted for the induction of first batch among the Premier Alumni’s, and present students from third year and 4th year. After a rigorous selection process, eleven candidates were selected.
The selected students will undertake a range of practical skills during the course of time and solve pro-bono cases in addition to other legal matters relating to corporate, and civil sectors. The Director Appointed, Barrister Waqas Tarar, welcomed the newly inducted batch of students and urged them work hard to do their assignments.
The concept of Law Clinics is novel in the legal industry of Pakistan and it can help the aspiring and young lawyers in the development of professional and legal ethics and skills.
