Mr. Muhammad Bilal

Mr. Muhammad Bilal completed LLB Hons from University of London, UK. Currently, he is working as a Lecturer at UCG, Gujranwala. He has keen interest in Constitutional law and Taxation law. Furthermore, he has pointed out various neglected human rights issues through his writings and writ petitions at High Court, which have helped him in obstructing administrative actions which were in violation of basic fundamental rights granted by the constitution of Pakistan.
