Mr. Umer Mehboob is a law practitioner, teacher and human rights advocate. Mr. Umer holds a master’s degree in law with a specialization in Human rights from International Islamic University, Islamabad. He has 10 years’ of experience, both as a practitioner and educator in the field of law.
He is working as Head of Administration in University College Gujranwala as well as lecturer in Premier Law College.
